My ipod touch is acting weird! Help?

Yesterday, my iPod turned off. When I turned it back on, it showed the iTunes icon, where I have to plug it in. When I plugged it in to iTunes, it rearranged all my apps, and on iTunes it said "This iPod cannot be read". What's happening? How can I fix this?

It could be corrupted, but that is usually fixed by restoring the ipod.
That should fix it too.

I think you should restore your iPod and sync your apps back to your iPod. And I think that will help.
