My iPhone Stuck On Connect To iTunes Screen And Wont Recover??HELP?

I tryed ever software (i think) and non worked my iphone i jailed breaked my iphone i turned it off then back on it just froze on the conect to itunes logo help please???
I tryed pressing the home and sleep button an connectiong it to itunes it down;lodes they stops and says error???
