I've got the 4.0.1 OS, it happened last night and the night before. Last night I did a hard reset, and some bright lights flashed. Then when I plugged it in and it restarted the lines were still showing. Thankfully they went away, but I'm afraid it'll happen again. It's only been dropped once, by a two year old and didn't have any problems with it after that. Help I don't want to lose my life line.
