For about 3 weeks now my internet hasn't worked on my phone, i went into a t mobile store today and because the guy who has a G1 wasn't there, they were unable to fix the problem, they said what i could do was reset my phone sending it back to original settings but then this would mean losing everything else. I want the reset to be a last resort as i have many important documents on my phone which i can not send to my laptop.
My internet will not work on my T-mobile G1?
