My internet only works on AOL, not Internet Explorer, Itunes, Chrome, nothing. Just AOL?

I have upgraded everything, but my internet only works on AOL. I can use AIM, MSN, Skype, and all of the messaging programs, just not Internet explorer, itunes, chrome, ect..
