my internet connection goes slower than a snail when i download movies on

BitTorrent. how could i fix this? everything was fine before, i was able to download movies (even 3 movies at the same time!) while surfing the net and there was no problem. but since this new technician guy fixed my pc, (i asked him to do the cleaning and defragging and everything else cause my old technician is not in the City and i dont know when he'll be back) this problem occurred. he installed a new antivirus which is ESET NOD32 as a replacement for my AVG. and as far as im concerned that was the only change he did.

i dont know what's causing this problem, pls help me how i could fix this... :(
