...sort, i am unable to download? anything at all, i am able to open microsoft windows liVe email, and yahoo email only, and that takes some time and manipulation!!! my icons on my desk top all changed and i cant get to a restore point at all. i cant access help either because when i try a window opens up trying to connect to the internet and the screen is left blank, after time it shuts down with the message, " not responding " and goes blank.
