Chances are, if I haven't responded to you, it's because what you are asking can be found in the public forums. Perhaps not so easily found, but it's out here.
So please, if you would: If I haven't responded to your PM by now, that means I won't, sorry to say: You will have better chances just taking the time to search. Or another way of putting it: IF I WERE TO ANSWER YOUR PM REQUEST I WOULD HAVE TO SEARCH FOR THE ANSWER, just like you should.
In the future, if I don't respond to your PM requests, please don't take it personal. Just assume the answer is in the forums, because more than 99% of the time, it IS.
