My imagination goes wild?

I don`t know why but lately I am having some trouble to forget someone that I think it would be really nice to have in my life but that person just lied and never gave any explanation for their choices, since then whenever I remember it before I go for sleep I always see dreams about this person. For example last night I saw a dream where I was running from behind this person but she would still running in front so I won`t catch her with someone else. Next after I woke up, I went for sleep again and I saw another dream where I was in a competition against other 3 huge guys and I was the last one who finish the challenge. Why do I watch so many dreams?!? Can it ever stop, it just brings memories after memories and most of them are sad.
