Hi im an army wife and my husband is doing a class right now on doing AGR, We are stationed on schofield barracks in hawaii.... he is doing his orders right now to get out of active, which i think our date is January 21st. He signed into the reserves today, and we get a 3,000 sign on bonus when we get to that place... Im not sure on the processing of AGR, and how long does it take to get a job, cuz with the reserves its not goin to do what we need in the financial part... we have 2 kids... he said he can do paper work for AGR right now and hopefully get in... how long does that process take? any websites we can fill out paperwork to get it goin faster? i just wanna be sure we have a GOOD paycheck comin in when he gets out.. he called me and told me somethings, but i dont know military talk haha... whats the process of goin active military to AGR? i hope someone can help me out.. thanks!
