...girlfriend by email, if filing fo? i was in another state seeing my kids plus we needed a break, about 2 days of being there i got on computer to check emails and seen something strange to an exgirlfriend of his, it said have some of this, when i opened it it was photos of me nude and photos of both of us in a very sexual manner, there were 5 or 6 emails between the two of them,the last one said i just sent you 6 more pictures hope you like them. then i realized that we were talking the same night this took place, once i looked more into it i realized that while telling me he loved me and missed me so much he was clicking to her and sending photos and talking about themselves masterbating. when i brought it up he said dont come home ever dont call me anymore and im divorcing you and hung up on me, that was over 2 weeks ago im still at the kids and he wants a divorce but when hes ready and able. crushed me completely, even now i catch myself crying and wondering why, im wondering if i should file and on what grounds would i use and try to get something besides just personnal things and clothes thats all he says i get, he closed bank account, didnt tell me,instead told me he was putting money in it for me, his name is off account now and i owe almost 800.00 in overdraft, he wont give me any money i have none and ive lost my home my marriage my best friend. he just bought a new truck for ten thousand both our names are on title i wondered if i could try to get it in divorce then id sell it. alone,lost and scared
