The intentions were good when he enlisted, but since being gone he has struggled being away from his wife and kids. He doesn't want to be deployed, only because of the length of time he'll be away from us. He wants out... Although if there was some way to ensure not being deployed he would stay in.Help.... Is it too late for him to get out??

The only way would be less than honorably. He should have thought this through before he enlisted. He is now property of the US government so he should deal with it. If he sucks it up and performs his service he will come out a better man, and you will both be better off for it in the long run.

It's never too late for him to get out. I mean I would say he should just suck it up, we all deal with it. But if he wanted to get out since he's still in school, he just has to bring it up to his chain of command and he could get a general discharge for failure to adapt. It's not held against you at all and it won't bar you from enlisting again in 6 months.

LOL ...

He bought the movie theater ads, signed on the dotted line, sold his soul and he's now the governments property (this is what he swore to when he joined).

The government owns your husband now, not you.

The U.S. government is pretty much the worst enemy to have on the planet and they don't take people who wimp out after cutting a deal very well.
