my husband is going to camp casey?

You can request a DLA(dislocation allowance) to pay for the move. When my husband got orders for Yongsan, we were granted one to move us from our home to my parent's house in Southern Ohio until the CS went through.

Is Casey his first duty station? If not are you located in on post or off post housing? Is he going to try for a Command Sponsorship?

Will they cover the full cost? No, but with the DLA help with the move, yes. Keep all your receipts.

it depends. they will only move you where he is going, like say he is stationed right now at Fort Such-and-such and they assign him to camp casey, then they will move your stuff. but they will not pay for you to move home unless his contract is up and he's moving home with you.

Nope. They will continue to pay your BAH and BAS and you can stay right where you are at until he is done and then get a paid PCS move if he is not returning to the post you are at but if you want to move back home in the meantime get a UHaul/Ryder (your preference of moving type vehicle or company) and some friends because it is coming out of your pocket and your labor. Call the transportation office and they will tell you the same thing.
