he is in jail for minor tickets and is here illegally
he was pulled over for no reason and had tickets so they took him in he is a great guy that works very hard to take care of his family he came here for a better life without people like him we would have the things we do he pays taxes just like everyone else. he doesnt have a record. So if ur going to be unhelpful dont answer.
 
Lisa, this sounds just like the racist messicon illegal alien la raza Nazi border criminal invader that the scum DUMBacrats want to give amnesty too. So just hold on and I'm sure since he's obviously will to do the jobs Americans aren't willing to do, He'll be given amnesty soon.
 
Thats too easy...He has been here for five years, so surely you have proof of legal residency, right? Bring that to court, and he won't be deported. After all, you wouldn't have a child with an illegal alien would you?

You also fail to mention why he is in jail. You are talking to strangers who will never know your identity, so why keep out that vital piece of information? How could anyone help you?
 
You should have thought about that before He is illegal and should be sent back after serving jail time. I'm sorry but do you not know what illegal means.
 
Why did you not apply for legalization for him?
I don't believe some one goes to jail for a minor ticket.
Either he is a repeat offender or has a serious crime.
Obviously, he has no respect to US laws.
 
It's just about impossible to prevent the deportation of an illegal alien. If your husband is not a lawful permanent resident with a genuine green card, his days are numbered.

If he is convicted of a particularly serious crime or a controlled substance violation, it would be just about impossible to prevent his removal.

The fact that he has a wife and children in the U.S. may not be enough depending on his current immigration status, which you didn't reveal, and what his criminal history may be.

He will be given a fair hearing before an Immigration Judge. If the Judge decides that he should not be ordered removed, you will be living together again, assuming that he is not sentenced to prison for his arrest.
 
do you know if the local police even informed immigration about his status? not every police force does. but if they do, not much can be done. are you a US citizen and did you ever actually file a petition? even if you did, since he came here illegally he would not be able to adjust status while in the US,he'd have to go home for an immigrant visa interview, and apply for a waiver through USCIS. at that point he could return legally. these are likely to prove very expensive tickets for you, minor or not.
 
guess what? my old man is half cherochee indian and gets pulled over all the time by this one cope. i have plenty of white friends who get pulled over all the time for no reason. i guess they are just trying to make their quota.
