My husband is AD Army.We are stationed overseas.?

My husband is in the hospital.He likely will be med-boarded.He will be transported to another hospital next week.He will not be returning .His command says we[myself,our 2 children] can stay until he is released.What are my rights?My husband will be under treatment for 4-6 months.Can we move to where he will be seeking treatment?I just want to know my rights.
