My husband has started a court hearing ti modify his visitation to summertimes.?

....and during their mediation his ex wife said she doesn't want them seeing me (the Stepmom). She accused me of emotional abuse and said that I sent her daughter a mean text message. In reality the only abuse is from her by parental alienating and denying visitation. I am pregnant and she told the mediator she doesnt care if my child is part of their (my stepdaughters life). Will a mediator and a judge see that she is just bitter and jealous or can they keep a stepmom out of the picture completely?
 
you would think they would, but most times the "mother" is given free reign to do whatever she wants, and "feels is appropriate for " HER "children" and continuously piss and moan, make everything about her.. until the father eventually gives up.

I wish you and your husband the best of luck, don't let him give up, if mediation does not work, the case may be referred to a judge, and a guardian ad litem will be assigned to represent the children, they are only concerned about what is in the best interest of the children. I am uncertain of your state's procedures, but you obviously care about the children, and I am sure that will be seen.
