My husband and I want to open a summer camp. How do we get started?

We have some experience working in this field but we mainly need to know how to get started opening a business, and what's the best way to get started... renting a facility or trying to buy land, or even trying to make a deal with schools in the area. Any information is appreciated! THANKS!
it would be a day camp during the summer, mainly revolving around recreational activities. eventually we'd like to expand to an after school program as well.
 
obviously being able to secure land and related buildings, etc - either thru purchase or rent and depending on the type of camp 9kids stay 2 months or daily day camp or different sets of kids weekly, etc, will require different things - look for online forums about campgrounds - yahoo groups, delphi forums, check amazon.com for books - advertising probably has to be done in magazines 6-9 months in advance unless you plan on only seeking out local residents
