My HTC TP2 Randomly changed my password. How do I fix this?

So I locked my TP2 and now I can't access my phone. I try to unlock it and it says "The password is incorrect".

I cant turn off my phone because it's locked.
I tried soft reset - did nothing.

I can't do hard reset because to do that, you have to turn your phone off.

Please help me! What would my phone have changed the password to?
