I bought my hero on eBay and it came rooted. I didn't want to go through the trouble of sending it back because it was a good deal. (phone + 16 gig card for $350) but now my phone keeps on force closing programs and occasionally i have to shut down the entire phone and reboot. also what is super user permission??....any ways please help.
