i'm desprate at this point. i can't sleep comfterably in my home i'm afriad when i go into my basemeant i feel someone touching me and watching me. at night when i try to sleep in my room i feel as if something climbs into my bed sometimes i feel as pressure on my chest as if someone is pressing down on me i've heard whispers when i'm home alone and sometimes when i wake up to get a drink or use the bathroom i hear as if someone was running away from my door. i've seen shadows and figuers i just don't know what to do i'm afraid to tell my parents because i know they won't understand i've tried to talk to whatever is in my home i've tried asking it to leave me alone and i've even tried things such as burning sage and burning white candles i hung a cross in my room i've tried praying aloud but i can't seem to get rid of it...
