Ok i think if seen this before somewhere and i think its common but i cant remember how to treat it... :/
Its not at all sore. If you run your hand over the area it feels bumpy. If you scratch it a little with your fingers, dead skin and hair falls of. If you pull the hair small chunks fall out... i remember a horse having this on his back but i cant remeber how it was treated (my horse's is on her belly)... heres a photo of where her rash is... its not too good but it might help.

Oh and since its on her belly should i not ride her for a while since the girth sits on it and may rub.
