My Honda Prelude wont start?

I have a 1992 prelude 2.2 VTEC manual and it wont start, battery seems fine, fuses are all ok,i dont think it ever had an alarm, i had a mechanic look at it because we thought it was the fuel pump but there is no power going to the fuel pump so its surely electical.

Any suggestions?
If it were the ignition switch, wouldn't it still start from a rolling start though and i tried that with no luck
i dont know if there is a fuel cut off switch

you need to check your main relay but first go to the fuel pump relay and see if it is getting any power it has four terminals one should be hot at all times one should be hot with the key on one wire should ground for two seconds when the key is turned on that activates the relay they fourth one goes to the fuel pump so basically the two fat wires or terminals 30 and 87 are power to the fuel pump they are the two fat wires you can stick a jumper wire across them that will send voltage directly to the fuel pump, If you have no voltage going to the relay then check at your coil and at your fuel injectors for power, if you have no power anywhere check your main fuse and the problem is either ignition switch or main relay which goes out alot on hondas. have you tried spraying carb cleaner in the intake to see if it will start. If it won't start with that then the problem is more than the fuel remember that you only have power at the fuel pump for about two seconds from the time you turn the key on that let's you have fuel pressure to start the car then once the car sees rpm it turns the fuel pump back on
