The other day I that my engine was running a bit rough, so I decided to check the dip stick to see how dirty my oil was. It was about that time to get it changed and I figured it was filthy. When I checked I noticed the level was well below the last dot on the dipstick. (And the oil was dirty.) I quickly went to the store and added two quarts of 10w-30 dino oil because it was cheap. I previously had syntec. in there. But the next day I was low again....so I put another quart in.
I added the oil when the engine was warm, and drove for many miles after. I don't see anything on my driveway. I drive a 01 Honda Prelude with 120,000 miles on it.
Where is my oil going???? I couldn't have burn two quarts in three days???
