My Honda CRV is over heating?

I have a 98 Honda CRV and when i am not in motion it gets really hot. But I also found that if I am not in motion I can rev it up and it cools down as i apply pressure to the gas. The fans aren't coming on as usual.
did I blow a fuse or do i have to buy a new fan motor or what?
 
Take it to a repair shop so they can plug in their diagnostic tester and that will tell them (and you) exactly what is wrong.
