I have a Honda Civic Si 2000 and when I am going normally its Perfect, but when I slow down or gear down and I am going about 30-20 KM/H it makes a noise like a hollowing noise or like rattling sound don't know what it is, at first I thought it was something rubbing on the wheel but I cant see anything and don't know what the problem is.
