...spark and no fuel.? it s fitted with a h i s s alarm system which seems to be working correctly, the bike was running perfectly until i removed the plastics a few months ago, the battery went flat and then it wouldnt start, ive put a new battery on but to no avail, any suggestions would be glady recieved ???

it's the imobiliser of the HISS
it will need to be re programmed with the key
so off to the honda dealer you go with your V5 log book in your name and at least two forms of identity
sorry ;(

This is just a rough guess, but I'm leaning toward the computer as it controls both spark and injector pulse. If, however, by no fuel you mean the fuel pump isn't cycling with the key (it should) it's possible something has happened to a main fuse or the alarm system, (admittedly I am unfamiliar with it). Good luck

No spark and no fuel is because the ECM won't function correctly without the battery being fully charged.

Your battery is going dead because your alarm system is slowly draining your battery because it's working when the bike isn't running (so there's no charging system working to keep the battery up). If your charging system on your bike doesn't put out enough to re-charge the battery, or if you're only using the bike for short rides of an hour or less, or traffic, then the battery never has a chance to get fully back up to par.

Either install a battery tender to keep it charged when you're not riding it, or take more long rides on open roads.
