My Honda Accord cuts off if i wait 3 minutes I can start it again, What's wrong?

I really need help on this... Nothing wrong with the battery or electric, but it just cuts off... problem is obviously in the motor or something... I really need some help...
It's cutting off while I'm driving it has 200000 plus miles on it as well
it's a 1993
 
idle control valve
when it starts press on the gas for about 2 minutes at 1500rpms and then let go if it turns off then change your idle control valve or remove it and clean it out and install back and see what happens
