My Honda Accord check engine is on and the 4th Gear light is blinking..?

Ok so first off I have to explain what is wrong with my car before this happened. I have a cracked motor head.. my car leaks oil into the coolant tank.. so really my car shouldn't have been running for so long in the first place. Its been that way for about a year. But today I think it has had it because while I was driving it the car jolted and the check engine light came on and the 4th gear thing started blinking on the dash board. So I was wondering if that is just the motor going or the transmission or what.

ITS MY OPION THAT YOU HAVE GOTTING AS MUCH OUT OF YOUR CAR AS YOU CAN WITH OUT REINVESTING INTO IT AND NOW YOU WILL NEED TO ETHER REPLACE THE ENTIER CAR OR FACE SOME RATHER EXPENSAVE REPAIR BILLS ETHER WAY I JUST DONT BELEAVE THAT THARE IS MUCH YOU CAN DO TO GET ANOTHER MILE OUT OF IT OTHER THAN HIER A TOW TRUCK AND HAVE THEM PULL YOU AROUND TO THE JUNK YARD OR TO THE REPAIR SHOPTHARE MIGHT BE A CAR DEALER THAT WIL GIVE YOU A TRAD IN ALOWANCE FOR IT BUT WONT BE MUCH FOR ANOTHER CAR
