sounds like you have coolant down inside a connection, and it's causing a short. Take a good look around the heater core area and seperate the connections or plug ins, then use some brake cleaner to dry out the wet or damp contacts. No matter what you do, it's going to be a real mean thing to find. I hope this helps and good luck.
