My hamster did some thing weird, What is she doing?

The other day my hamster was eating her food and I was watching her and then suddenly she opened her mouth and her tongue twisted as if like she were using her tongue to clean food out her teeth!

I do need to take her to the vet and get her nails trimmed and her teeth trimmed.

Is she hurt,injured or in pain??
