My H710 bluetooth says it's connected to my ps3 but it's not!?

In the accessory settings it says my bluetooth is connected; however no one can hear me and I can still hear them through the TV. What's going on and what am I doing wrong?

Usually it works as soon as I open the mic!
 
set it up with your PS3 only, not another phone or anything else, and make sure theres no other BlueTooth enabled edvices around that are on and can interfere with the signal, make sure the BlueTooth Version is upgraded and is fully charged and volume are turned up obviously
