this harmful for body? The supplement has chromium acid with some minerals and vitamins. I want to know the effect of chromium acid on body.
 
its like fiber. it makes you poop really bad. but in liquid. youknow those types. just work out a little bit harder and pass on the supplement type stuff.
 
your gym teacher obviously doesn't know that a strong CLA supplement works much better at reducing body fat levels. i take 5000 to 8000 mg a day spread over 5 or 6 meals.
