My guinea pig does this weird sporadic running at night?!?

Ive had her for a month so at the moment she has a bit of a small cage but not so small that it cruel but i plan on getting a bigger one here soon. So at night ill lay in bed and suddenly she will run around her cage like the SPEED OF LIGHT kicking of her bedding and run frantically for aboout 5 seconds then darts into her igloo!!! this happens about 2 times a night!!! it scares me! sometimes it goes on for 10 seconds or so! I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO! HELP! :(
is it the smallness of her cage?! DOES SHE HAVE A-D-D?!?!?

Im new at all this! Ive had hamsters all my life!
 
she might be getting frustrated because she doesnt have much room to exercise. With a big cage she would be able to exercise easier and it wouldn't be as loud. she does it at night because shes most active then.
