Judging by the chipset that you named, I'm guessing that it is an on-board graphics chip. Either built-in to the motherboard, or on a laptop. And for a built-in it is decent. But you'll never get as good a performance out of a built-in chip as an add-on. If it is a desktop, I suggest an upgrade. If it is a laptop, there isn't a whole lot you can do without buying a whole new computer.
