Please help this is very important.
My grandma is 79 years old, she'll be 80 in June.
The past week or so she's been acting weird. I mean she has been shaking a lot and she says that she's really cold but yet it's not cold in the house. Even under blankets she won't stop shaking. Also, she seems to be loosing her memory. She asked me if I wanted dinner at 10:30 at night! I told her we already ate at 5:00 in the afternoon and she doesn't remember me or her eating dinner. She keeps arguing with me and my mother about silly things. She keeps trying to call relatives she hasn't heard from in a long time. Also she needs my help walking, she can't seem to walk on her own without loosing her balance. She can't seem to hold anything in her hands, she dropped an entire cup of coffee. She keeps taking the same pills over and over again. Plus she wants to take a shower at 11:00 at night when she usually takes a shower at around 10:00 in the morning. She fell in the bathtub yesterday. She also had the same thing back in 2001, 2004, and 2006. The doctors were never able to find out what it was and my grandma refuses to go back to the hospital. What could be wrong? Please help I'm really scared and concerned for her...
If it helps, she has had emphysema and heart failure in the past and she's had dementia for a few years.
