study have shown that crying when you want to or need to will help in the long run when i was 8 (im 15 now) my grandma died ON MY BIRTHDAY and i didn't cry (we were real close) and as the years went by i didn't want to celebrate my b-day and after 4 5 years i let it out and i felt so much better
second don't forget her
if you don't ever remember her then it will stay inside of you the guilt thou you dont know it there so pray to her if you can
