My Grandma added me on facebook!? !?She had nude photos !!!?

I'm 15 years old & yesterday night, my grandma added me on facebook !
I don't have anything to hide, she's added my sister too, and my sister
added her & my grandma added all of my sisters friends so I don't wanna add her cause she'll probably add mine too . .
So my sister deleted her, I know that might sound rude but..
that's not the worst part ..
She had NUDE photos of her !
My sister called me to see & I wanted to BARF !
It was DISGUSTING .
She's like 76 or something ..
My sister went through her friends and she added a bunch of her
friends, which is kinda embarrassing if they find out she's
my grandma with disgusting photos ! She also had a bunch of
friends of woman in half naked photos ...
Kinda disturbing..
What should I do ?

And I don't wanna talk to her about it, that'd be weird.
 
WTF? She got dementia or something? Naked pics ain't supposed to be on facebook. Report the offending pics so they get removed. That'll save everybody some embarrassment.
 
report her to FB> It's against their terms of service to post nude pics. Her account wil lget deleted. What is her name? I'd like to add her.
 
Hopefully, your grandma, due to being up in years, forgot, overlooked the fact that those pics would be seen by her family. She may be as embarrassed as you, especailly if she has alzheimers, and forgets things. Don't freak out too much, in case it was totally oversight. But, if she is together mentally, and seems to not have any issues that may interfere with her memory or sound thinking, than what she did was very cruel, and abusive, towards you guys. You need to talk to your mom, her daughter, about it, as she likely better knos grandma than you do, and let your mom figure this out.
