Get a carpet cleaner with an upholstry attachment and clean it. If the pillows can be removed, sit it out in the sun.

Visit your local pet store, and pick up an enyme cleaner. They are VERY good at eliminating odors. Generally, you just coat the area, and let dry naturally, the enzymes work on the organic material and are excellant for removing odors. The other option is to pick up an "oxy-clean" type product that works with peroxide, for the a similar effect, both need to dry naturally, so you will need to just spray, blot and leave it alone.

Put some white vinegar on it. It will smell of the vinegar for a day or two but will eliminate the urine smell..

Check your local pet store. They have products there that will get rid of urine. It's for animal accidents but urine is urine, it should work just fine.
