i have an acer aspire laptop and when i try to click on my google chrome or internet explorer nothing comes up i tried to restart and shut down but nothing comes up still
i dont really know anything about computers so i really need help
i already defrag my computer and tried to open explorer.exe thru new task and when i do that it goes straight to my library and its not the internet connection either
