My gold fish has a bump on the middle of its head, what is this?

i have 2 goldfish and a normal low tech glass fish tank. I recently got this fish about a month ago. And did not notice the bump until today. The bump is not oddly colored, its the same color as the fish's Orange skin. what could this bump be?
 
If its not red like blood or white and fuzzy looking, it could be a wen developing. Exactly what type of goldfish do you have? if its a oranda type or lionhead, and very young, it won't have a wen(head cover) yet. one person described it as the fishes brains coming out..LOL its just a fleshy growth that develops in certain fancy golds. Post a picture if you can.
