My girlfriends 2001 dodge intrepid turn signal arm broke off.. anyone know how to

fix and how easy it is? The arm broke off and she has no turn signals wipers or brights. she needs to get this fixed asap in order to drive it, she doesnt have much money and wants to know how to get it fixed for fairly cheap, Im sure i could probably get the part at our local junk yard. but does anyone know exactly how to remove the part and replace it? any help would be greatly appreciated!!
 
That's a Dealer job and it's expensive. The steering column must be disassembled and the switch and stalk replaced. Sorry there's no cheap way out.
