didnt even get ?'d. Just? He asked me specifically to step out of the car. He gave me an eye exam and said i failed it. He then told me to go over to his vehicle to take a beathe test. He didnt ask me, he just told me to. He then gave me and another friend in the car MIPS. he blew a .02, i blew a .04. He didnt even ask the girl to take any sort of test, and let her sit in the car the whole time. he then told me it was manditory for him to go into my home and search for alchohol. and told me to sign a piece of paper saying he could. He threatened me by saying i could be put in jail. Is all of this story just? Is it fair that he issued me and my friend MIPS yet, he didnt even breathelize her?
