My girlfriend told me she doesn't want to have sex no more.?

It came out of the blue she told me this like last week and we haven't had sex in like 4 weeks, I told her I respect her and if thats what she wants then we won't, but I actually cant take it anymore what do you think I should do. Someone shed some light on me, because we have been having sex for 3 years now and we are both 19. Someone help me
 
What do you mean.... you can't take it any more? Evidently you were just keeping her around for the sex? Best that you move on, she wants to be more than just a sex machine for your animal needs.
 
WOW...okay so she told you she didn't want to have sex....you need to talk about it if you want to stay with her and ask her why she doesn't want to have sex anymore with you......you need to know why and if you can't take it masturbate until you figure out whats up with your girlfriend....so ask her why she doesn't want to have sex with you....but if you are just using her for sex then youi should dump her and have a bunch of one night stands..
 
That's "any" more, and if you find the situation unacceptable then end the relationship. Let her know you respect her decision and won't try to coerce her into sex but you prefer to be in a relationship that includes sex so feel it's best you two part ways so you can both be open to meeting a partner who has similar views (re: sex) as you each do.
 
Have you ever considered it might be painful for her? Sex isn't usually a pleasant experience for women. Perhaps she was just having sex with you to make you happy, and now she can't handle it anymore.
 
That does sound out of the blue. Did you ask her what the reason was or if there's a problem she's upset about? Talk to her about it and just be open about what you're thinking : )
 
It sounds like you made this a regular thing too early in life. Now your stuck with it. Too late to turn back. Having sex or making love? Sounds like just sex. When it's that, it should come as no surprise she's dumping you. She might not love you.

you need to first make sure that your not in this relationship for the (used to be) unlimited sex.
then you need to ascertain why she made the decision to stop. And you also need to shelve your pride for a bit. Is it painful? Are doing something wrong? What can you do to make it better for her?
Is it her libido thats diminished? or are you having sexual relations other than sex? if not, maybe its hormonal. But you have to assure her that you're in this relationship for her, and not just the sex. If you are in it just for the sex, then i guess you'll need to find another gf. sorry.
