okay so for awhile my girlfriend has been getting a sharp almost unbareable pain right around where i guess your liver would be almost, its like to right of your belly button and a bit higher, and it happens alottt after intercourse. Today after it happened i felt at the spot she was having pain and it just felt almost hard or something, compared to the opposite side which just felt like skin and tissue idk? she said her mom has some reproductive disease and that it causes pain and she may have it as well, but she also fears it could be something else, so im just here asking if anyone knows anything that could be causing this, whether it be a disease and std any idea could help lead us to coming to a conclusion, thanks for taking the time to help, really appreciate it 
i dont believe she is pregnant, i mean shes on the pill but nothings a gurantee, ill be sure to have her check, as for the gall bladder that is what my mom recommended for me to tell her as well, shes been to the emergency room before bcuz the pain was so severe and they looked at her ovaries and stuff and had an mri done but everything came out fine. I just want to make sure everythings alright , thanks again for the answers
