Also, she is a really really bad flirt, and it hurts me that I can't have enough confidence in her to not think that she is showing herself for anyone and everyone naked on her webcam, quite possibly to her ex too. I'm feeling my grip on reality loosening, and she is hurting everything in me that makes me a man.
 
Have you talked to her about this, told her how you feel.

What she is doing is very hurtful, and it sounds to me like your girlfriend doesn't really care about you or your feelings. If she keeps doing all this, I would break up with her. You want a girl to keep her self all to you, not show everybody in the world what she has ans does for that matter. There are plenty of woman out there looking for a guy like you. Best wishes
 
Sorry to say, but if there is no trust in your relationship then there is no relationship. She seems to be having fun with you at your expense to see how much you'll take. Don't be a fool ,let go and move on. I'm sure you can do better. Good-luck
