Yes what i did was bad i have been very depressed lately she said she will call me tonight but hasnt called, she is always like this even before i got busted LOL

Wow. You are a big fat cheater. The reason it is called "phone sex" is because it is SEX! That's like saying you didn't cheat on your girlfriend with another girl because you were just having "oral sex".

Dude that is cheating sorry, but she should not make that big of a deal out of it. Women need to understand that men can do sexual things with other women with out any emotional attachment what so ever so they should really lighten up about some stuff. I remember this one girl who got so pissed when I made out with a girl but barely even cared when I got sucked off by this other one.
 
Cheating isn't just a physical thing it is also a mental thing, you DID cheat and you must realise this otherwise you wouldn't be questioning it. Your girlfriend is better off without you. I would chop my boyfriend's balls off if i caught him doing that.
