it starts to turn, but only turns about a quarter turn, there are 7-8 allen bolts holding what seems to be a piece of trim around it, i took them off, an the trim seems to be stuck....any advice?
I had the same problem with my bike, and i sprayed some WD-40 into the Lock and moved the key up and down to Move it around. If this does not work and you lock is knacked you will have to break into it, and to do so you put a screw driver into the lock and use a hammer to break the pins. But it sounds like you need some lubricant in the key hole.
