Flash 3 means pressure switch open when should be closed on single stage models. Low pressure switch open when should be closed on 2 stage/ VS models.

So I guess it telling me to open the pressure switch but how?
on the door is says pressure switch is open when it should be closed but how u close it

Is it a high efficiency furnace? (2 white pipes going outside). If so, the pressure switch may have water in it-I had a service call like that a couple weeks ago. If it's a 80%, it will have a round metal exhaust pipe and the pressure switch is for the exhaust (flue) gasses. If you don't have good flow through the exchanger and up the chimney, it will lock out the furnace so you don't have carbon monoxide in the house.
The pressure switch is for the same thing on both efficiency furnaces and if that's the case, have someone come out and verify. You may have to sweep the chimney to remove soot, crud, bird carcasses, ..santa carcasses, whatever is causing poor flue venting.
Good luck

do not open the pressure switch its a safety device to stop the unit from running when their is blockage in the flue vent or a cracked heat exchange or a bad inducer motor. be smart call a heating tech
