My friends EX is using there son as pawn to get sex from her?

My friends ex is using there son as a pawn to get sex to allow him to stay the night with his mother and to see him. The ex has custody and she wants no intimate relation with him, she just wants to remain friends but he will not let her go. She wants to continue on with her life but he is limiting her. She has pleaded with him but will not let her go. How can she stop him from using her? This is tearing her apart.
 
Tell her to get a good lawyer a.s.a.p. She will be pleased when she finds out what the law is going to do to him.
 
this is not cool. If she can get proof that he is sort of blackmailing her then she might take it to court. If not she gonna have to have her brother or something handle that.
 
She needs to go to the court and make a complaint against her ex. What he is doing it sexual assault. I'm certain she could get custody of her son in this case.
