My Friend won't ride her bike uptown?

Today I had plans with two of my friends to bike uptown and then shop around/eat lunch then bike home. They were to come here at 11, bike uptown, eat, shop, and bike across town, shop, then bike home and my friend and I have to be home for like 2:15 but my other friend won't bike! She has NO reason and now she's saying "just go without me, i'm tired of this. I'm not biking, end of story" and it's not like we just WANT to bike. WE HAVE TO. I don't have time nor does my friend to walk across town. If we go without her she'll just be mad but I have to get stuff uptown.
My other friend won't go without her cause she feels bad.

If she told you to go without her and then gets mad if you go then she is stupid. Just ignore her and do what you need to do.
